SAP S/4HANA migration and SAP ECC support.

Keep ECC stable while you move, then move with less risk. We run SAP ECC and HANA application support, plan and execute S/4HANA conversions, and add process intelligence and automation so the new system delivers more than a technical upgrade.

Why it matters now

The SAP ECC clock

Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 with Enhancement Packages 6 to 8 ends on 31 December 2027. Extended maintenance to the end of 2030 costs more and adds no new capability. The 2031–2033 transition option applies only to selected RISE with SAP customers who are already on HANA.

Greenfield implementation

Re-implement on SAP best practices with a clean core, migrating only the data you need.

Selective data transition

Combine new processes with selected history, company codes or years, often used to consolidate or carve out.

RISE with SAP and cloud hosting

Move SAP workloads to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, or to RISE with SAP, with landing zones and security controls.

Process mining & automation

Questions we get

Before you ask

What is Intelligent Enterprise Transformation?
It is the re-engineering of how work happens, not just a system swap. In practice it combines SAP S/4HANA migration, process mining to reveal what your operations actually do, robotic and intelligent process automation, workflow redesign, change management and a continuous improvement mechanism. Technology delivers little value unless the underlying process is redesigned alongside it.
Greenfield, brownfield or selective S/4HANA migration, which do we need?
Greenfield suits organisations ready to drop accumulated customisation and adopt standard processes. Brownfield converts your existing system in place, keeping history and configuration, and is the lower-disruption path. Selective migration moves chosen company codes or processes first. Deciding factors are customisation volume, data history requirements, appetite for process change, and tolerable downtime.
How long does an S/4HANA programme take?
A brownfield conversion of a single-instance, moderately customised system typically runs 9 to 18 months. Greenfield implementations across multiple entities commonly take 18 to 30 months, phased by region or company code. Process mining and automation work can start earlier and run in parallel, delivering measurable results before the core platform reaches go-live.
What does process mining need from our systems?
Event logs from the systems that execute the work, typically a case identifier, activity, timestamp and user, extracted from application tables or logs. From those, mining reconstructs real process variants, rework loops, bottlenecks and automation candidates. No interview programme is required to produce the baseline, though workshops still matter for interpreting why the variants exist.
Where does automation fit alongside the ERP?
RPA handles rule-based, high-volume tasks across systems that lack usable APIs, such as reconciliations, data entry and report assembly. Intelligent automation adds AI judgment for the exceptions that break the rules, like unmatched invoices or non-standard documents. Both sit around the ERP rather than inside it, so automation can deliver value before or after a migration.
How do we get started on an S/4HANA and automation programme?
With Discovery: we assess current state, identify gaps and scope against your goals and constraints, including a migration path recommendation and an automation candidate list. Design and Build follows with CMMI Level 3 process maturity, CI/CD delivery practices and change management. Run and Optimize covers managed operations, continuous improvement and capability uplift for your teams.
When does SAP ECC support end?
Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 with Enhancement Packages 6 to 8 ends on 31 December 2027. Optional extended maintenance runs to the end of 2030 at an additional fee. Enhancement Packages 0 to 5 left mainstream maintenance at the end of 2025.
Can we stay on SAP ECC until 2033?
Only through the SAP ERP private edition transition option, which is limited to selected RISE with SAP customers running on HANA and comes with conditions. It is not a general extension.
Should we choose brownfield or greenfield?
Brownfield is usually faster and keeps history; greenfield suits companies with heavy custom code or processes that need redesign. A readiness assessment of your system decides it.
Do you support SAP ECC while we migrate?
Yes. We provide ECC and HANA application support so operations stay stable during the programme, then transition support to S/4HANA after go-live.
