Logistics platforms, implemented, migrated and run.

Freight, fleet, customs and last mile on platforms that talk to each other. We implement and migrate transport and logistics systems across our own Xtreme Logistics Suite, Oracle Transportation Management, SAP Transportation Management and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, connect carriers and partners through EDI and APIs, and support operations around the clock.

What we cover

  • Freight management (ocean, air, multimodal)
  • Fleet management and route optimisation
  • Last-mile delivery platforms
  • Customs clearance and documentation
  • EDI integration and supply chain visibility
Why it matters now

Where logistics margin leaks

Disconnected systems create cost you cannot see: re-keyed bookings, late invoices, disputed charges, empty kilometres. The fix is one flow from quote to invoice with partner data arriving electronically, not by email.

Around the freight file

Logistics platforms only work when the systems on either side of them do too.

What we do

Logistics services, end to end

Delivered end to end or as individual services, under our CMMI Level 3 process framework and ISO 27001 certified information security.

Freight forwarding systems

Quotation, booking, documentation, tracking and billing for ocean, air and multimodal, including NVOCC and customs brokerage, on our own Xtreme Logistics Suite or a forwarding platform you already run.

Transport management (TMS)

Planning, carrier selection, tendering, freight settlement and fleet costing on Oracle Transportation Management, SAP TM, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or our own Xtreme Logistics Suite.

Customs & trade compliance

Filings, duty calculation, screening and document packs tied to the freight file, on Oracle Global Trade Management, SAP Global Trade Services or the customs brokerage module of Xtreme Logistics Suite.

EDI and API integration

EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP, REST and XML connections to carriers, ports, terminals and customers, built the same way whichever ERP or TMS sits behind them, with monitoring on every interface.

Route & last-mile optimisation

Route planning against vehicle capacity, time windows and zones, using RouteCap with ORMAE.

Legacy logistics migration

Move ageing on-premise or custom logistics systems onto a modern platform — Xtreme Logistics Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics 365 — with data migration, interface rebuild and parallel runs.

Lane & margin analytics

Shipment, cost and partner data consolidated in Snowflake or on Azure, with Power BI reporting for lane, carrier and margin analysis across every source system.

Logistics managed services

Round-the-clock support for booking, EDI and billing flows on any of the platforms we implement, with interface monitoring and alerting.

How we deliver

A phase-gated approach, no surprises at go-live

Questions we get

Before you ask

What logistics platforms do you implement?
Transport and freight platforms along four routes: our own Xtreme Logistics Suite for freight forwarding, NVOCC and customs brokerage; Oracle Transportation Management with Oracle Global Trade Management for customs and trade compliance; SAP Transportation Management, embedded in or side-by-side with S/4HANA, with SAP Global Trade Services; and the transportation management capability inside Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Around whichever platform fits, we implement fleet and last-mile workflows, route optimisation, customs filing and duty calculation, EDI and API integration, and shipment visibility across modes and partners.
Which EDI standards do you support for carrier, port and terminal integration?
UN/EDIFACT messaging is the backbone, including COPRAR and CODECO for container movements at terminals, alongside booking, status and invoice message types. Where partners are not EDI-capable we integrate over REST APIs or scheduled secure file transfers. We set up and monitor these links, over EDIFACT, AS2, SFTP or API, with carriers, shipping lines, ports, terminals and customers. Every trading partner needs its own mapping and test cycle, which is usually the longest part of the work.
How long does a TMS or last-mile rollout take?
A single-site last-mile or fleet deployment typically goes live in 8 to 16 weeks. A multi-country freight platform with customs, billing and partner EDI usually runs 6 to 15 months, paced by the number of carriers and trading partners to onboard. Each EDI partner commonly adds two to four weeks of mapping and testing.
What do you need from our operations team?
Your current lane, rate and carrier data, documented exception handling for delays, short deliveries and damages, and named operations owners per mode. Drivers and dispatchers need to join design sessions, because mobile workflows fail when they add taps to a busy shift. Partner contacts for EDI testing should be confirmed before the build phase starts.
How does it connect to ERP, WMS and carrier systems?
Bidirectionally, and the pattern is much the same whichever ERP you run. Orders and shipment requests flow in from ERP or WMS, while dispatch events, tracking updates and proof of delivery flow back, and freight charges feed billing and cost accruals. We integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP or in-house systems over APIs and file exchange. Disconnected systems create duplicate entry, delayed invoicing and poor carrier utilisation, so we assign one owner per shared object before any interface is built.
How do we get started on a logistics platform rollout?
With Discovery: current state, gaps and scope against your goals and constraints, including an inventory of carriers and partners to integrate. Design and Build follows, backed by CMMI Level 3 process maturity and CI/CD delivery practices, typically piloting one lane or depot before wider rollout. Run and Optimize then covers managed operations, tuning and governance.
Do you build or implement logistics software?
Both. We are the product owner of Xtreme Logistics Suite, and we are an implementation partner for Oracle Transportation Management, SAP Transportation Management and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, which we implement where one of those is the better fit. We tell you which route we think fits and why.
How do you choose between Oracle OTM, SAP TM and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management?
By your modes, volumes, operating model and the landscape you already run. Oracle Transportation Management is a long-established enterprise TMS with deep transport planning, rating and freight settlement, and pairs with Oracle Global Trade Management for customs. SAP Transportation Management suits shippers standardising transport execution inside an SAP landscape, close to order, delivery and settlement data. Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management fits organisations already on the Microsoft stack, with transportation alongside warehouse and finance, Azure hosting and Power BI reporting. Forwarder and NVOCC operations often fit our own Xtreme Logistics Suite better than any of the three. The choice is confirmed in discovery, not assumed.
Can our old logistics system move to the cloud?
Yes. We migrate data and interfaces onto a cloud platform, whether that is Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS or our own hosted suite, and run in parallel before switching off the old system.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
Yes, for booking, EDI and billing flows on any of the platforms we implement, with interface monitoring and alerts.
