End to end

One system from the purchase order to proof of delivery

Small and mid-size manufacturers usually run production on spreadsheets, stock in one tool, dispatch on WhatsApp and the field team on another app. WorkSuite connects every step on one record.

Interactive · production planning

Change the order — watch the plan rework itself

Pick a product and an order quantity. WorkSuite explodes the bill of materials against stock, flags shortages, suggests purchase orders and checks machine capacity — the same calculation that runs on your real data.

CapacityFinite scheduling by line and shift

Work orders are scheduled on real machine and crew capacity, with a drag-and-drop board for supervisors.

Shop floorStart, stop and record on a tablet

Operators record output, scrap and downtime per operation; OEE is calculated live.

MaintenancePreventive, not reactive

Maintenance schedules by hours or cycles, breakdown requests and spare-part usage.

Warehouse & inventory

Every bin, batch and expiry date — monitored live

Receive, store, pick and ship by barcode. Stock is monitored by location, batch and age, with reorder and expiry alerts before they become problems.

Quality & hygiene

Quality and hygiene checks at every stage, with proof

Inspections and hygiene rounds run on tablets on the shop floor. Each check has a standard, a sample size, a result and a photo — and a failed check holds the batch until someone with authority releases it.

  • Incoming, in-process and final inspection with AQL sampling plans
  • Non-conformance and corrective actions with root cause and owners
  • Hygiene and sanitation checklists to support FSSAI food-safety plans and HACCP
  • Temperature and cleaning logs for cold rooms, lines and equipment
  • Certificates of analysis generated per batch for customers
  • GMP documentation with electronic sign-off for regulated products

Logistics & distribution

Every load traced to the customer’s door

Plan loads and routes, track vehicles, and close every delivery with proof. Distributor stock and secondary sales sit in the same system, so you see what sold through — not just what you shipped.

  • Load and route planning by vehicle capacity and delivery window
  • Live tracking with ETA messages to customers
  • Proof of delivery by OTP, photo or signature, with returns captured
  • E-way bills and job-work challans generated from the dispatch
  • Cold-chain temperature logs for sensitive goods
  • Distributor management — stock, orders, schemes, claims and secondary sales

Field force management

Your field team, planned and visible

Sales reps, merchandisers, service engineers and van-sales teams work from one app. Managers see coverage, orders and collections live; reps spend their time selling, not reporting.

  • Beat plans and visit schedules by territory and outlet class
  • Geo-verified check-ins with route and distance for allowances
  • Retailer orders and van sales with schemes applied automatically
  • Shelf photos and retail audits for visibility and compliance
  • Collections by UPI or cash, reconciled to invoices
  • Service visits with job cards, parts used and customer sign-off

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Is this suitable for a small manufacturer, not just large plants?
Yes — it is designed for small-scale industries, SMEs and mid-size manufacturers. You can start with stock, production orders and dispatch on one site and add MRP, quality, maintenance, distribution and field force as you grow, without changing systems. Shop-floor screens run on tablets and phones, so there is no expensive hardware to buy.
How does production planning work?
Confirmed orders and forecasts drive a master production schedule. MRP explodes each product’s bill of materials against stock and open purchases, suggests purchase and work orders, and checks machine and labour capacity by shift. Supervisors start, pause and complete operations on the shop-floor app, recording output, scrap and downtime as they go.
Can we trace a batch from supplier to customer?
Yes. Every receipt carries supplier batch and certificates; every production order records the batches it consumed and the batch it produced; every dispatch records which batches went to which customer and vehicle. You can trace forwards for a recall or backwards from a complaint in seconds.
Which quality and hygiene checks are supported?
Incoming, in-process and final inspections with sampling plans, non-conformance reports and corrective actions; certificates of analysis; and configurable hygiene and sanitation checklists — for example to support an FSSAI food safety plan or HACCP — with photo evidence, temperature logs and sign-off on the shop-floor app.
How do logistics and field teams use it?
Dispatch plans loads and routes, drivers capture proof of delivery with OTP, photo or signature, and customers can be sent live tracking. Field sales reps follow beat plans, take retailer orders, run photo audits and collect payments on the mobile app, with distributor stock and secondary sales visible in the same system.
Does it connect to Finance?
Natively. Stock movements are valued and posted as they happen, job-work challans and e-way bills are generated from dispatches, purchase orders flow to payables, and invoices with e-invoicing are raised from deliveries — all in WorkSuite Finance.
