From ERP-driven to connected

Your ERP knows the plan. It does not know what is happening.

GCC manufacturers, energy operators and logistics companies run on ERP systems that know what was planned, but not what is happening on the shop floor, in the yard or at a remote well site. Machines, materials, people and suppliers sit in separate systems, spreadsheets and paper.

MJC GlobalTech builds one uniform digital thread from supplier to customer, connected to your ERP, machines and IoT devices, with agentic AI that monitors, predicts and acts. One platform, one digital thread, connecting man, machine and material for real-time visibility, predictive insight and lower cost.

How it fits together
Today
  • Machine status reported late, or not at all
  • Calendar-based maintenance; failures cause downtime
  • Stock counted, not known; spares spread across yards
  • Certificates and batch records on paper
  • Audits take weeks to assemble
Connected
  • Live OEE, WIP and downtime by machine
  • Condition monitoring predicts failures
  • Every lot and bin visible by QR / RFID
  • Genealogy captured as work happens
  • Audit-ready records, on demand
Why now in the GCC

Gulf industrial strategies are making smart operations a requirement

National programmes, local-content rules and EU export regulation all point the same way: operations that can prove, in data, what they made, how and from what.

What GCC operations leaders tell us
"We can't see the shop floor or the field in real time." Machines, rigs and pumps report late or not at all.
"Downtime surprises us." Maintenance is calendar-based and failures drive non-productive time.
"Traceability and audits take weeks." Certificates, batches and supplier documents live on paper.

The solution framework

Five digital modules on one platform, with AI and passports across the top

Start with one module and add the next. Every module writes to the same digital thread, so a lot received at the gate is the same lot on the line, in the passport and on the truck.

Module 1 · Digital Supplier & supplier portal

Connect every supplier and contractor to your operation

Suppliers see purchase orders, raise advance shipping notices and submit quality documents online. Every inbound lot carries a QR or RFID identity from the supplier's dock onwards.

Collaborate
  • PO visibility for suppliers
  • ASN creation with shipment details and bin loading
  • Automatic demand calculation and publishing to suppliers
Verify
  • Material receipt against ASN / PO
  • Quality document submission and verification
  • QR / RFID traceability framework
Govern
  • Vendor onboarding and qualification
  • Supplier performance scorecards
  • Material and service traceability

How a supplier lot flows

FAQ

Questions operations leaders ask us

Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. The platform connects to SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor and Baan and adds the real-time layer an ERP lacks: what is actually happening on the shop floor, in the warehouse, in the yard and in the field. Plans and master data come from your ERP, and receipts, consumption and output post back to it.
Can you connect our older machines?
Yes. New machines connect through PLC programming software such as FOCAS or TIA, or through an IIoT gateway over MQTT or TCP/IP. Older machines are retrofitted with sensors for pressure, temperature, vibration, speed and power through an IIoT gateway. OPC servers are used where they already exist. VMC/CNC, assembly-line and SCADA PLCs, moulding machines and press shops are all covered.
Where do we start, and how long before we see results?
With one line, one warehouse or one asset fleet. We begin with an assessment (a site walk, a readiness review and a value case), run a pilot on that one area, then scale across plants, yards and sites and stay on to support the platform and tune the AI. The pilot scope and the measures it should move are agreed in the assessment, so you know what success looks like before you commit to scale.
Cloud or on-premise?
Either. The platform runs on AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud, on your own servers, or as a hybrid with edge devices on site. Dashboards work on desktops, laptops, smart TVs and industrial tablets; handheld apps run on industrial devices such as Zebra, Honeywell, CipherLab and Newland as well as normal phones, with a multilingual interface.
Does it help with In-Country Value and JSRS?
Yes. The supplier portal handles vendor onboarding and qualification, records JSRS registration and tracks In-Country Value performance alongside contractor scorecards and material and service traceability. It keeps the evidence organised and current; certification and ICV scoring themselves remain with the relevant scheme and operator.
How does the digital product passport work, and are we ready for 2027?
Each product gets a unique passport opened by a QR code, built from data already captured on the digital thread: supplier lot and certificates, storage conditions, process and quality records, shipment and service history, and end-of-life guidance. The exact data each product group must carry is set by EU rules (the Battery Regulation now, ESPR delegated acts next), so we map your products against those requirements during the assessment.
Who delivers the work?
MJC GlobalTech leads the engagement: assessment, integration with your ERP and machines, rollout and managed support, delivered under CMMI Level 3 and ISO 27001 processes. We work with our Industry 4.0 platform partner, Mobillor Technologies (Netherlands and India), which provides the platform and its domain team.
